I believe that the path to peace and duality is held within us. To find balance and harmony, we must look to ourselves, with no need for external validation or acceptance. My work centres around encouraging you to trust the voice within. To open and follow your own desires and passions. To trust your own inner compass. And follow your own guidance.

Self-awareness is key to all. Working with duality and sinking into our shadow aspects of ego; rooted in shame, guilt, and illusion. To become fully aware of all parts of our being, to enable us to fully understand ourselves. When we do this, we can begin to recognise triggers and patterns to empower us to bring balance to ourselves when needed. Pulling ourselves back to centre through anything we may face.
