Yes, a deposit is required upon booking to secure your session.

1:1 Sessions require a deposit of £60

Group sessions require a deposit of £25 per person

Private Group Sessions require a deposit of £20 per person

Dress in comfortable clothing and bring a pillow and blanket to use during meditation and healing. Meditation and healing will take place on a yoga mat as I feel it is important to feel connected to Earth's energies. 

Herbal Tea will be available but please bring along a bottle of water to keep hydrated. 

Any items that bring you comfort; Crystal, talisman etc instruments if you would like to release and express through music and dance. 

All of you is free to play and feel liberated. Showing your unique expression and light

Following all my offerings Aftercare is provided. At Mari Rosa Temple it is all about creating a safe healing experience. 

Aftercare gives us the opportunity to keep connected and provides an open channel for you to ask any questions that may arise following your session.

With all energy work we feel shifts in our energy as blockages are released and new Activations begin to flow. 

I will offer support and guidance via Whatsapp for up to 2 weeks following your session.
