Self-awareness is key to all. Working with duality and sinking into our shadow aspects of ego; rooted in shame, guilt, and illusion. To become fully aware of all parts of our being, to enable us to fully understand ourselves. When we do this, we can begin to recognise triggers and patterns to empower us to bring balance to ourselves when needed. Pulling ourselves back to centre through anything we may face.

Aftercare
With my passion and empathy for my work, it is important that all of my sessions include aftercare. So that we can continue to connect following our session. Enabling you to talk through anything that may arise. This is compulsory across all of my offerings for a period of two weeks after your appointment date. This will be via WhatsApp messages.
After this time, if you feel you need more guidance, we can book in a 1:1 session of energy healing or spiritual guidance at an additional cost.
